Return & Refund Policy

At TheBuyzaar, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, clearance sales, or product-specific restrictions.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number along with clear photos or videos of the issue for faster assistance.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit after verification.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse
  • Personal care or hygiene-related items
  • Clearance or final sale products
  • Items returned without original packaging

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
